Holy moly, that's a fine truck. Darn near new and the steering thingy is on the right (correct) side of the seat.

Need more data - ex mine rig, Euro import, sold new in Canada?

Cheers and thanks for joining the crew!

Thanks ol buddy.
It is an ex mine truck. A lot nicer now than when I bought it. Did a lot of body work and painted it..
I wish someone would start importing lefthand drive ones from Europe or Africa.

I like guys that do crazy stuff like bringing back working trucks. My 73 had a hard life in Spain on an olive farm. It is about halfway back to decent shape.

Scott Onken @Eco 45 is bringing in 4 door 75s from South Africa. They are aftermarket dual cabs modified when new. Several cab configurations and several bed lengths. https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/75-series-rear-leg-room-long-bed-vs-short-bed.825657/

USA is stuck with 25 year minimum age - you guys are lucky to have another 10 years to choose from.

See the yellow link in my signature area

haha, yeah I found that one.
nice rig.
Thanks, its a work in progress. How long have you been working on your 75? Are there many 75/79 rigs coming out of the mines in one piece? I understand that corrosion is pretty pervasive, yes?

I've had almost 2 years now. Luckily my there's an auto body shop in the family. I put new lower fenders on it patched the floor, windshield frame and doors were fixed. No bondo. The guy before used it for landscaping and plowed snow so it got a lot of salt on it. The frame is solid. Just have to keep the undercoating on it. I will clean up the engine bay someday.

@big mac, great looking truck. What size tires are you running?
