I ran across this deal tonight on ebay. So I grabbed a set of 4 - great price for FREE Shipping!

At the dealership I work at, I get tires at wholesale price with free freight. Today the best deal I could find on Terra Grapplers were 285/75/16s for $141 a piece. And $184 a piece for BFG ATs in 295/75/16. So being that I couldn't find anything cheaper in 295s, I HAD to jump on this deal.

They're only $147 each and free shipping. $589 TOTAL for a set of 4. You can also get a set of 5 for a little more..

I think it is a great deal and almost bought a set as my BFG A/T KOs are on their last 20k. I am so happy with my BFG's that I want them again when this set wears out. I expect about 90K out of these. Has anyone got that many miles out of a Nitto?

I got a little over 40k out of the last set and had to retire them early. This was my own fault as I changed the front suspension slightly and didn't bother to align the damn thing. The rears are still good and th fronts well not great but driveable and did I mention for sale! Any how after ending up with a square or out of round bfg AT out of 3 sets I was sick and tired of them. I went with the Nitto's 2 years ago and haven't looked back for another AT. I have them on a work truck (02 Tahoe) a clients work truck(97 Ram 3500) and am on my second set. This price is a great deal because I paid $710 installed with road hazard. I can't praise the tires enough, they are less than BFG AT's, quieter, and just as tough.

It's a pretty good price, but factor in install costs of ~$15-20 per tire on your end too. Price on the Discount Direct website is $139 a tire for your tire, but doesn't include shipping.

But I work at a dealership so i'll get one of my mechanic friends to mount/balance them for me for free.

I ran the numbers.

$574.56 for 4 tires same size as the ebay ones.

THEN you still pay shipping = $98.95

Total of = $673.51 shipped

I got mine for a total of US $589.00 shipped

If you have a 4wheel parts near by, lucky for me i have one 20min away, you can pick them up in store for no additional cost. So we both luck out!!
