can any one tell me what if any 5 speed boxs wil go into my fj55 / and is it as simple as bolt up and change the clutch plate or is there more to it

what year 55? more info needed

its a 1978 fj 55 4 speed and a 2f motor

H55 5speed will bolt up, then you need a different transfer case, then you lose your parking brake, and shorten/lengthen driveshafts

others have used other 5 speeds, GM? use the tech threads, should be some useful info there
