I'm the second owner. 63K miles, it does have some rust issues on the floorboards, back corner, a little under the doors. Mostly where the raingutters clogged up.

Dealer installed AC, with paperwork. All the tools, no cracked glass, and other than a few rust spots and a couple of minor dents, all the body panels look straight..

Brian, glad you picked it up. As I said when we talked the other night, you have a nice gem there. I have some OEM factory A/C parts and switches still in the bag so we'll talk more once you get other things up and running. I also have some 55 parts left over from the 79' you might need so just let me know.

I am with you on the paint, kindof like the original look of the truck with with faded paint and cali surf idea. This is the same setup as my first ever cruiser (1972 FJ55). but when I sold it it as headed to fayetteville, that was back in 1997.
 
I saw that on CL and contacted the guy. It looks a lot cleaner in that picture then the pictures he emailed me. Glad to see someone here got it. Almost identical to the 72 pig I have sitting out in my driveway. I was planning on going down to see it when he told me it was already sold.

Congrats on the new purchase and I have a lot of extra parts from the 72 pig ( front bench seat, tranny xfer case, front fender and other misc parts) so let me know if you need anything and ill see what I have in the garage

Ive got an extra left front fender (maybe a right one too, i need to make sure) that came with my pig. Not in the best shape, but ive seen worse. Feel free to come take a look
