Your garage looks awesome. If you have lots of stuff, overhead storage is handy. As you can see from light placement storage was an afterthought for me.

Big drains were a must. 40 hubcap for size reference

Plastic cover lasted 10 years. Recently sliced up an improved steel cover with a plasma cutter.

10 gallons of Ashford Formula on the way. Plan on pressure washing and sealing the floor this weekend if it’s warm enough.

I’ve been slowly picking up the usual garage necessities. I freely admit I love quality equipment but don’t particularly enjoy paying retail. Therefore, one of my unintentional hobbies is buying what I want from someone who is ready to discard it based on something I can likely fix.
Enter the garage frig:

Quality, California made unit. Cooled just fine but had lots of rust, scratches and was nasty. A couple different grits of scotch brite and citric acid and a day of turd polishing.

You can see my other find holding up the frig doors. Simple Green parts cleaner. Wasn’t working when I bought it. Pressure washed it inside and out, cleaned up the heater/pump contacts, plugged it in ands reset the GF breakers. Works like it should. Not sure how the aqueous cleanser works compared to mineral spirits but i’ll find out.

Building 3x8 shop table. Pretty forgiving material to learn on. Just not easy to move around.
