Hey Tundrafolk if there's a product you don't already see on the market, and you think it fits inside the wheelhouse over here at Gamiviti industries, I'd love the suggestions...

for example we already make cab racks. Here's a pic of our rack on a Gen1 double cab...

and again on a Gen2.5 (gen 2) Tundra Crewmax:

the next rack I make will be for the Gen2 double cab... will be this year.

This week I installed the first working prototype for our new dashboard accessory mount. Pretty excited with how well this one turned out.

there are a few others out there that use the "dish" area in front of the speaker grill, but I believe I'm the only one who makes a replacement for the speaker grill itself. To me this is a big advantage- as I like to use that dish area for tossing stuff into it sometimes. This is made to support pretty much all of the aftermarket accessories that the 200 series versions of this product support, including Ram mounts and gauge pods. You can see a ton of pics, and watch a few videos of the 200 series version on this page: Dashboard Accessory Mounts — Gamiviti - https://www.gamiviti.com/dashboard-accessory-mounts and once released, I'll have the Tundra version on there as well (give me a few weeks).

Here's my setup as it sits today:

And I've also been messing with developing a bed rack system, as the obvious solution would be something that could mate to some of my existing rack products. For example I made a bed rail bracket that attaches to a new base for our roof channel towers... this would be a fast/easy way to add a couple cross bars.

Would love to have some feedback on this one- as fun as this stuff is to design, I am finding it difficult to develop any really unique features compared to what is already on the market, which feels somewhat saturated already. My first approach was a solution that would be completely flat when you remove the cross bars, so it not only works with bed covers but also doesn't stick up, so you could still go get a big mattress or something. but I'm just not sure how many folks really need that. Is there a bedrail product or solution that you don't see out there, where you wish I'd take the time to develop such a thing?

Do you know if the racks will fit on a Gen2 Sequoia?
It would be a unique design, but yes it's possible. So far the only Sequoia rack we've done has been for 1st gen...

Shoot me a PM if you want to get further into it, I can break down the steps of what it would require to make it happen.

This is rad! Brings a touch of class to the operation.

Thank you, and totally agreed- it's a lot more effort to do these types of racks compared to all the bolt-together alternatives, but worth it IMO for the upgrade, both appearance and function.

And here's a peek at the first launch of the dash panels for gen 2.5... still need to get the site and video updated but they're on hand today.

Same as the other Tundras... need to squirt some add-a-thread into the roof channel, either riv nuts or tapping. Will post up a video

edit: ok, here's the video

I dig this mount, I might have gone this direction. I already have a mount that goes in the tray in front of yours. You should post this up on Tundrasdotcom forum.
