bjowett said:Centering the transmission to the engine was a slight challenge due to the fact that the RA60 uses no pilot bearing. A 3.5" long sleeve was machined and used in much the same way that a clutch alignment tool is used. The sleeve slides over the transmission's input shaft, and then slides into the pilot bearing hole in the crankshaft as the transmission is set into place against the back of the engine.
