Maybe maybe not. Most markets got hard doors on FST models. Follow the link it's show old pictures of hard doors on FST. The rear floor seems higher then normal. You can also see how the weight spare tire carrier had bent the wheel down because of rear sill rot. They also added a extra cross bow between the B pillar and back. You can see where the factory location should be. Will be interesting how it turns out. Enough later parts on it that should be changed. Hardest is probably the correct fill neck and gas cap. Has a winker switch but no winkers in any of the old pictures. Most be some type of switch that has to manually turn on and off.

Would love to be involved in the restore as could come back to stock with the right parts.

very nice

if that is infact the same truck as the old photos in the pictures then somebody changed to ambi doors from the oem tailgate... kinda does look there is holes in correct spot for tailgate handle.... used tailgate hinges on doors but dont make out holes at all where they would have had the hinges for the tailgate

in the old pics it does look like the sill is larger with the tailgated one

Very nice for sure! Same truck...? Didn't think about that at first but now you said it, could be... There is a hole where the antenna was, and it had a radio. The license plate is different.

Someone did a funny job with the window regulators.

It has been sitting for a long time for sure. Would there be a lot of early landcruisers in Colombia? Some nice truck showed up lately.

Toyota was importing to South America sooner then a lot of other markets. South America was neutral during WWII so weren't having some of the issues as in countries that fought against Japan in WWII. Probably not the same cruiser but early pictre does show hard doors on a FST. My guess the soft top doors we got on a mid sixties to mid seventies probably weren't even made until the CJ style door open on our early FST went away. Ambulance style door for FST go back to the early FJ40 if not FJ2X series. Those hard door look like they were the early style with the funky slide setup for the windows modified to use the later crank. Running are also long which I thought started during 1964. Somebody with better eyes tell me if the old picture the rearsill looks that thick.

Thanks Johnny figured you be able to do this. It looks thicker but picture is prettty dark. I couldn't really see thet tailgate latch but the center section looked to small for barn doors. I don't think the pictures are of the same cruiser just curious if for some reason the floor was higher in the back on this model. The barn doors could be a FST model, I have a 62 FJ40 FST tub with barn doors. This was also has FST ambulance rear doors that are shorter to match the thicker rear sill. I do not see the eye bolts for the safety straps on the dash but it has hard doors so may not have had them. All our FST models FJ25 thru FJ40 had soft doors with easy removeable hinges.:meh:
