My dad has been looking for this one a couple months ago before we bought our '62 FJ40. The seller claims it is the first produced FJ45LV. Its been discussed on mud before, production year 62 is doubted. It comes with a 2f. And it needs a lot of work.

Asking price is about 13k dollar. Very unique truck over here, probably the only LV in The Netherlands.

VIN is FJ4520234.

Cool LV for sure, but it is guranteed not a 1962 the VIN suggests late 1964 or early 1965 and the body features agree with that.

And most certianly not the earliest FJ45LV! Here is an example of a very early 1961 FJ45LV:





Notice the FJ25/35 carry over parts; 16" rims, FJ25 style front bumper, FJ25 large style locking gas cap, early stamped bezel, unique front turn signals, mud flaps, etc.

The title on my SWB says its a 66. I can choose to believe that it is a very rare, last fixed hardtop ever made or I can choose to believe the DMV made a mistake.


It is the highest VIN on the list here on Mud.
