you guys in NA should be crawling all over each other to be first in line.
wait till the new owner gets the 12ht out on the open road for a good run, thats when they come to life, and that growl from the motor is some sweet music.

 I know...........loan me $14,500 plus some extra to get the AC going........

I would more than love to have this thing.

got the condensor mounted, ac compressor on. i used the 2F compressor and fabbed up a bracket to mount it to the 12ht. we will see how it goes. i used the 2F compressor so if it did go out, the buyer could source one fairly easy and inexpensive. pics to come.

Hope the AC works......using the 2F compressor sounds like a good idea......like you said, it will be a heck of a lot easier to get that one than one for the 12HT motor.

How is the AC after 24 hours ???????????????????????????

does the belt stay on ????????

got 'er lined up OK ???

Did you do a dye test for leaks?????

havnt dont anything else yet besides what i said in post #123. been busy at work, hopefully this weekend i should have pics and driving around with a smile on my face.

How hard is it to get it titled as a diesel in SC? I am in California and there are differing opinions on the ease of registering and titling a converted diesel. I personally know people who registered with no problems at all and people who can't get theirs registered. I am interested and have been following the thread since July but it is too much of a risk to have it shipped or driven across the country without having the paperwork giving a reasonably good chance of successful registration.

i can see what it would take to register it.

Is the price staying the same now that there is ac or is it going up?

i dont have it actually functioning yet. been busy at work. waiting on some hoses to get crimped and then i have to charge it. we will see. ill post some pics. the answer to your question, probably not.

i have recieved a deposit on it. just in case it doesnt fall through, i am just posting progress on the ac. and just keeping the buyer up to date with the progress. i got your email and tried to email you back. you didnt get it?
