While replacing my front shocks last week I noticed a few items that need attention, both inner cv boot clamps need replacing (loosing grease), one torn lbj boot, sway bar/ stab.link bushings cracked etc. My question is, do it ALL while I am in there or just use the "as needed" approach? Going by the shocks, I would say everything is original. Would I replace the whole UCA or just replace the bushings. FYI, no noises, driving or alignment issues, just the grease from the cv's and seeing the cracked and deteriorated bushings. I searched and didn't find, thanks for the input!!

The CV boots can probably be remedied by rebanding or just using the "pfran" clamps (search). You can buy replacement ball joint boots. And the sway bar/stabilizer bushings are cheap and easily replaced (unless its the front bar to frame bushings). All of these items arent that pricey so I would go ahead and do it all while your in there.

What about the uca bushings? Replace? What for issues? If I replace should I just buy the whole uca with bushings included or just remove and replace bushings?

When you mentioned all the worn/damaged parts on your first post, nothing mentioned any parts on the upper control arm. If the bushings are noticeably worn, replace, but I doubt they are. Most people on the forum who replace their UCAs go with an aftermarket set that places the alignment specs back into stock specs post lifting.
