Front brake pads: NAPA pads or PBR?

Quick brake pad question for you all:

I was installing new NAPA replacement front pads, possibly for t100/tundra and found a box of PBR pads I bought a while back in the garage.

Which should I use?

Run the Napa until they wear out, then use the PBR. I replace mine about every 12k or so, so it won't be long until you get to use them.

IIRC the PBR pads are easy on rotors but don't last as long as some others IME. Currently I'm running 100 series Toyota pads on the front (they cover more of the rotor surface than 80 series front pads) and 80 series EBC Green Stuff pads on the rears; truck stops fine, both last a long time.

By the time you use the second set, you will need new disks anyway and at that time you can get a set of EBC 6000 greenstuff for 100 series.

I met Noah last week and talked trucks. The brake thing came up before I found the PBR pads in the garage. I'm going to try them for now. I'll have the Napa pads just in case. I just started the truck again with an open header. I'm so geeked to get it going, but only have 3 more days before another long service trip and the other cars need brakes, cv-joints and wheel bearings....

...after this trip I get a few days before an AF predrill makeup and then a deployment.
