I feel pretty certain that my TDC is set correctly. I have set it at least 10 times now to be sure. Distributor I believe is set correctly(according to the diagram in the FSM), timing mark on the drive plate appears to be correct.
The fuel pump is new, filter is new, all injectors are new.
What I get when attempting to start it is a single fire, maybe two and it then just dies. It fires plenty strong, attempted use of the accelerator pretty much boggs the engine. I feel pretty sure I re-installed all the injector connectors correctly, the wires seemed to have pretty established memory for the positioning. However I guess I could have one swapped.

I'm certainly anxious to get any help I can as I'm about to not have another vehicle and this gem is supposed to be my daily driver by that time.
I do have a FSM for reference,
Thank you to all who might try and help me on this.

smog gear? desmogged? choke out? sounds like a vacuum leak maybe, or leaky carby, maybe too much float? how much fuel in the glass?

does it only fire when the key is in the start position?
does it dies when the key is in the run position?

I'm thinking that you are losing the connection when the key is in the run position.

I'll look to confirm this and report back.

did you calibrate the TPS? are all the hoses hooked up? do you have reason to suspect the AFM? if the door isn't closing, you could have issues... the injectors batch fire front 3, then rear 3, so your front three should all be tied together and your rear three all together. If everything isn't hooked up to the 3FE, it will not run...TS the IACS, test and calibrate the TPS, and TS the AFM thru the harness connection at the ECU, make sure ALL hoses, all harness connectors are hooked up and intact, and make sure the oil cap is on and dip stick is tight.
