Just bought a 1 owner 2002 with 150,000 miles. I know the original owner and finally talked him into letting it go! It's a non-nav, auto climate control model. Serviced every 5k religiously. It's so nice I hated to mess with it but that's no fun. Took it straight to the shop after talking to Slee for some pointers.
Here is what I've done so far;
Replaced rattling door speakers, new Kenwood touch screen with Bluetooth all through the factory amp etc.
Tint
OME 865 rear, turned factory torsion bars front, new factory shocks all around, and Slee diff drop. added BFG 295/75/16 KO2s
Removed running boards and installed oem front mud guards.
Here are a few before and after. Still a work in progress.

Damn, that truck is CLEAN. good buy.

Sweet man, that's a clean 100 right there.

I love the silver ones the best, well maybe second best as my 00 is white, lol...

Super clean, Yeah I would have jumped all over that one also.

Can I ask why the OME 865s?

Forgive me as I don't know yet but I was going to get myself a rear spacer and slightly raise the front via the torsion bars but are the 865s better if your going to carry some weight?

My OEM shocks were recently replaced by the PO so I'd like to keep them.

Thanks! I'm excited d about it.

Green bean, I decided to go with 1.5 medium OME springs because I wanted a little taller and stiffer than stock. Combined with the new factory shocks, it rides great.

As far as color, white is my top color too. I had a 2000 LC in white years ago. I now have a white Tundra and my wife has a white 2016 Trail 4Runner.

This one is a dark silver /light gray depending on the light. Factory color was called Thundercloud.

Looks great. If you don't mind, what's your front fender to rim measurement?

I like it!!!!!!

I finally got 90% of the fake wood grain removed from the interior trim. Wore the end of my finger tips off but got it off.

Was there any damage under the fake wood? I am thinking of doing the same with my fake wood. Lots of options on ebay. shinny black? carbon fiber?

None. I took my time and used some old credit cards (actually old hotel room keys) to push and separate the foam adhesive from the panels while pulling up on the fake wood. Only use plastic on plastic as far as tools go. I also used a interior trim tool that was plastic to wedge and scape with. Go slow so the adhesive foam stays on the wood and doesn't separate and come of on the factory panels. The only P.I.T.A was around the shifter area. Some of the sticky residue stayed on the factory trim. Had to use regular rubbing alcohol and a rag and just keep rubbing and removing a small section at a time. Heat actually didn't help me. It made the adhesive stickier.

Great looking truck. Every think about fender flare delete?

I actually wanted to take them off but they have rubbed thru the paint unfortunately.

Looking good,

Can I ask why 295 vs 285?

I am going to remove my flares next week to see how bad they look underneath. I found the roll of BushWacker adhesive trim for under 40 bucks and you just cut it to needed length and install. So hey if it's terrible I'll re-install them correctly and go from there. Lol...

I scored some white letter KOs in stock size but want 33s soon.

Because 295 fit with zero rubbing and bigger is better, right? Lol.

The flares don't look bad in a solid color, nice looking 100! Where did you order the front mud flaps from?
