I found the chirping/squeaking noise coming from the left side of the rear area. It was the window henge moving in and out in the mount location. The opposite side sits tight. I found this while bumping against the window to wax the roof in preparation for the Gamiviti roof rack installation. It's pretty loud now. I'll work on it after mounting the rack.

Accessing the mounting bolts from the inside is a pita- you'll have to remove the inner plastic trim, seat belt to get at it. Suggest new seal. Check for rust while your in there-
