I found a beautiful, seafoam green color LX 470 up in North Carolina (in located in ATL, so I realistically would fly to get it -- tickets are only $135 right now). The truck has 151K miles and is priced at $13.9K.

It has a Clean CARFAX. It was a corporate vehicle for the first 80K miles, then was owned by a second owner for the next 60K miles (hitting about 5K miles / year & consistent servicing). Third owner apparently owned it for a short time in 2020 and sold it because they didn't want the Air Suspension (I have researched that this is relatively inexpensive to change to the LC OEM suspension -- thinking maybe $1K - $1.5K for parts and labor?) Fourth owner is the one I'm buying from.

No rust issues that I can see, including pictures.

Any advice you guys have on this truck would be appreciated! I need to make a decision pretty soon, so time is of the essence!

Seems like most of the frame may have been spray painted to cover some rusty areas....looks nice otherwise. Carfax should show where it has been, if any rust belt locations.

Yup, what he ^ ^ ^ said.

Only things (generally) that you can't tell from pictures that these are prone to (generally) are:

Exhaust leak from exhaust manifolds?
All ignition coils in GWO?
I think it was 2001 that had more transmission issues? (or was it 2000?)
Rust on bottom of upper rear hatch?
But if it shifts well, it's already been addressed or probably won't surface now.

Looks like a good ride at a very reasonable price point in the market right now.

My .02...significant rust isn't apparent in the engine bay on clamps, bolts, etc. My old 99 spent it's life in MD & VA and had a lot of rust in these areas, as well as the undercarriage.
The interior looks clean. With flights being cheap, I'd fly up and check it out, but be prepared to walk away if you see too many red flags.
