One more picture

Recently added the lights.

I designed it in 1/8" wood and had it fabricated locally in Phoenix. The rubber bumpers are from ARB. Fabricator has the drawings in CAD and cut the pieces with CNC tool, so in theory he could replicate it pretty easily. A local Mudder was interested in having this in kit form. PM me if you would like the fabricator's contact info. Here's a pic of the inside.

Nice I would like to see this whole rig pictured! I wish you would do a build thread in what you did to black out the chrome and do the so called Al's coating. What clear turn signal lights are those?

Home built beauty

3/16 with 3/8 plate for winch mount. The wings are reinforced by 2 1/2 in .120 wall tubing. Mounts with 8 bolts.

I knew you must be up to something after the PM. That looks great! You should "black-out" that diamond plate. :cheers:

Any photos of that bumper without the plate?? I too am planning my tube bumper around that design. Should be buying my steel in a couple weeks :)

What grit sanding disc did you use to smooth out your welds?

I used a 36 grit to knock the welds down a bit, then 120 grit to shape and round the edges.
