No affiliation. This LX470 just popped up for sale about a mile from my shop. It’s pretty clean. Interior looks good, but the steering rack is leaking, as well as the passenger side CV. No navigation, 269k. Oh, and there’s no area code on the phone number, so I’d assume it’s 864.

Drove this truck. Was looking at it with a young guy who is looking for his first Toyota.

Steering was loose, wet passenger floorboard, the adjustable suspension still works but hydraulics looked leaky. Motor ran fine, 4x4 worked and locked up as it should. Not bad but needs some TLC, could be a decent ride.

71 hard top. Does come with 2 fiberglass tops which you will need to make one because one has the driver side corner broken off.

It has some rust but def salvageable. But it beats buying one that is super nice for $3k or whatever they are going for now.
It is missing the metal piece that the fiberglass gets glued to and that attaches to the sides.

Hoping to take better Cruiser pics, I got a used Canon 75-300mm lens. Worked fantastic for one weekend, but I think Old Hwy 105's washboards killed something inside because it is toast.

Before I consider spending more than I paid for it to repair, and knowing that lenses like this occupy hobbyist junk drawers, does anyone have something like this they want to make a deal on?

Finally got the motor and trans out of my 97 80. 255k on the clock. Engine could use a rebuild but truck started right up and never let me down. Looking for more power instead of rebuilding.
