One of a Kind FJ-62

For sale is my one of a kind 1988 FJ-62 Landcruiser (manual transmission). Asking 14,900 or best offer. We aren't in a huge hurry to sell it. This car is an off road machine! We actually just got back from a great camping vacation in it with my wife and son, which leads me to the reason we are selling. I get to trade this beast in for a minivan and a little slice of suburbia. The car is about to turn 150,000 original miles, but the engine has only 15,000 miles. The FJ-62 came with an automatic transmission, but with the engine conversion this one has a stick. Here is a link to the engine Chevy Ram Jet 350 Ram Jet 350 Small Block Crate Engine (Part # 12499120) | GM Performance Parts This thing has some power, we were driving up hwy 24 at 65 and easily accelerating past other cars. I have owned 4 Landcruisers, and this one blows all the other away!
What else is included:
Roof rack, full body brush guard, front and rear tow package, 3 front Hella lights, 2 rear Hella lights, 2 side Hella lights all on top of the roof rack. Custom exhaust, rear tire mount, interior roll cage, full drivers and passenger seat harnesses from Corbeau Racing, brand new driver and passenger seats from Hunsaker Sport, new rear seats with headrests, rear seats have three point harness, outstanding interior, Alpine deck with line in input, 6 Alpine speakers, Alpine amp and Sony sub.
The only things that need work- The AC doesn't work. Actually the AC was never hooked up after the engine conversion. I did some calling and was quoted a few hundred bucks for custom lines to get it working. 2- there is rust on the lower drivers door, small amount on the top of the rear tailgate, and rear right door. It is nothing too big, but will need to be treated someday.

Saw this on ebay this evening. Factory FJ40 PTO set up...everything included at no reserve. The current bid is $103 and change...the guy obviously has no idea what he has. Anybody looking for leaf springs? I have a set that are in decent shape that will go cheap. I also have a radiator (doesn't leak) that has an aux fan in the front. It kept my cruiser cool with a GM 292. I am just upgrading to a 4 core and new parts. The only negative about the aux fan on the radiator is that it doesn't allow the FJ40 grill to fit. Again...I'll go cheap. PM me if you're interested...
Carbon Fiber and Titanium are getting expensive so I need to get some $$$ and would hate to have to work!
Local delivery would not be a problem. Not in the Springs/Pueblo area would be more $$ depending on where you are.

2 complete front 4:56, SRW, kingpin dana 60's out of M1008 military trucks. One has lockout hubs, the other doesn't. $700 with hubs, $600 w/o.
1 Ford HP balljoint dana 60 4:10. I think it is missing the lockouts. $700

4 38.5 X 14.5 X 15" Super Swamper TSL SX's mounted on 10" wide (although the DIY's make them more like 11 or 12") D hole black 6 bolt modular wheels with Rockstomper DIY beadlocks on the outside only. Backspacing is about 3.75". The tires have trail rash and I would guess the amount of tread left at "about" 70%. $700

1 bare fj40 axle housing (all tabs, perches, everything cut and ground off), 1 bare fj40 rear housing (all perches etc still on it), and 2 fj40 bare 3rd members (no bearings, caps, gears, anything other than the housing) $100 obo for all. I may have more front housings also.
64fj40 transfer case with the vacum shift $200
2- New, but mounted Super Swamper Radials. 37x12.5x16.5's mounted on some generic 8 hole steel wheels. $200 These have never been ran on a vehicle, only mounted on rims.
Rebuilt 2wd SM465. Was built years ago by a guy in the Springs that did all my manual trannsmissions. Hasn't been ran or installed since. $200 Might also have a rebuilt 4wd one.
Several used, greasy, nasty, dirty SM465/NP205 combos. $150
Several 12 bolt 8 lug H1 military wheels. Most have all the bolts and nuts, I would replace the Orings on all of them. $50 a piece.
GM T350/NP203 out of a 70's ish blazer. $200
I will be selling/parting/ crushing 2 fj40's soon.
The 78 is pretty rusty, has a top but it has 2 "custom" sun roofs, I will be pulling the Chevy engine, tranny and NP205. The front axle is pretty much bare, the rear is out of a Toyota truck. I have never ran the title on this one, but could run it and get a good title if someone wanted the fj40 as it sits for a project. (my goal for this one was to buggify it) It would not make a good daily driver or anything but a dedicated trail rig. $400 is about what it will bring at the crusher in the next week or so if it doen't go away soon. If you need parts, let me know.
The 64fj40 also started life with me as a buggy project. No engine, tranny, or t-case. Somewhat rusty in the floor area. The original top is on it, as is the windshield frame with the vent. I have the original front seat that has been recovered and could be used as is or redone again. I have a title for it, but will never be able to get it straightened out (the PO's are all in prison and/or dead). I will part it out or sell it whole for $400. Once again, that is about what the crusher will pay for it. I will pull the top and windshield frame and sell them seperately later if it doesn't sell quick.
I can get pics of the fj40's, but it may take a few days.

Wheel spacers for sale. (4) 1 1/2" 6 on 5.5 $100.
Two free Aisin brake master cylinders from FZJ 80. One has the 2004 reservoir and one has the late 05+ reservoir (the bodies are exactly the same). One is new but did not seem to hold pressure well, so assume both need to be rebuilt.
Also, have both amber front bumper lenses from a 1995 80. Both in nice shape. $5 each.

I have a ARB for a 40 for sale. It is an RD33 It is going for $500.00. It is still new in the box, although the box does not good anymore. It has been sitting under my desk at work for a few years now. Everything that comes in the box is still there. Just send me a PM if interested. no compressor BTW
Lookin for an fj55 steering column and the splined u-joint ends off the steering shaft of a 55. Let me know if any of you guys can help cuz those are the last main parts I need to get my cruiser back on the road.
