Howdy all,

I have a Best Top soft-top for an FJ40 new in the box that I'd like to sell. I got it with a FJ40 I bought for parts that a guy was restoring, and I've decided I'm going to go with a bikini tip when the hard top isn't installed when I get my FJ40 roadworthy. The box is pretty dusty from sitting in the corner of my garage the last few years, but this is NiB. IIRC, the guy I bought it from said he opened it to inventory all the parts, then taped it back up to store until his LC restoration was finished, which he sold to me unfinished.

I just bought a different smaller but I think I'd rather use the two part shtuff.
Hoping to knock it out this week, almost all the old junk is out, just trying to get at the skinny on the A pillar.

Well... It pains me to put this in writing but it's time for me to consider selling the old girl. Unfortunately, it's taken me longer to get back in the workforce than I had hoped and it just doesn't make sense to be sitting on an asset like this when bills need paid and food needs purchased. Open to offers. It also “needs” the transfer car sealed. And a new rear axle seal. (Really does need this unless you like the smell of burning gear oil).

I have a BestTop fold and tumble (same as CCOT) out of my truck right now. Not committed to selling it but you’re welcome to check it out. Personally, I’d think twice about putting car seats in it.
