That top is not original.

I noticed that. Also, late '84's had all that stuff except they had the weak xmission.

Can anybody run a VIN for me right now?

OME 860 Coils

OME 860 coil springs for 91-97 Toyota Land Cruiser (FJ80). Will give around 2.5" of lift. Can also be used on coil sprung 4Runners to get around 6 inches of lift. Best springs money can buy! $100 OBO. If used for a 4Runner it's necessary to drop or lengthen the panhard bar. I also have a panhard bar drop bracket from 4crawler.com for $25.
Call or email Peter

Old Man Emu Toyota lift coil springs

Note: that is a pair of rear springs for an 80-Series. They are sometimes called "OME Medium" though that is not the correct terminology. That is a fair price.

Like new rear LandCruiser seats. These gray seats have been stored since new and never used. We need to get them out of the garage. These are the small "jump seats" which are in the rear of the vehicle. They probably fit a lot of different years. $250 or offer. email or leave phone number on email for call back.

Sure! I have nothing I need, but I do like walking the rows looking for junk. Besides, you might need help with that axle.

For those still looking for an 80 did you see this one. My brother called me this afternoon about this one. No afilliation, but sounds tempting. 1993 Toyota Land Cruiser

I wonder if "traction control" means locking differentials...

$10 says "yes". I sent the seller an e-mail requesting the VIN and the mileage. Dan can pull the Monroney and find out what the truck had as original equipment. I'll bet it has 250k miles or more since the seller didn't say anything about the miles and based on that service that was done last year. That is a very low asking price if the miles are under 150k.

For those that might be interested but worried about the statement that says it needs new seat motors.... I wouldn't worry too much about that. The seat motors rarely fail but there is a $1 plastic piece that comes out and then the seat won't move.

The plastic part is not available from Toyota but there is another source for the part and I have a couple of spares. :D

No word on the head gasket. Wonder if that was the straw that caused the sale.
