Looking for 80 in SoCA, NV or AZ

Hi there
Considering buying a 80 in the next few weeks. Can't spend more than 10,000 bucks and want it around 100 k miles max. It must have a third row of seats and I would prefer a '93-97. Lockers, leather don't matter. Does it look realistic to you guys? Have been browsing cars.com, craigslist and Autotrader, as well as eBay, but no luck yet. Any help greatly appreciated.
