You may just want to get with bk and set a date that works for him. Post it up and whoever can make it they make it. If you try to get a date that works for everyone it probably won't happen.
Last time I was at Brian's some of the group came up for the day, some camped 1 night and some camped 2.

People are welcome to show up anytime friday or saturday morning...

we can wheel mid morning till late afternoon and then people can either camp out saturday night or head home. There is plenty of area for trailers and tents. Running water and electricity are available, although no hot water.

For people that haven't been down here in a while, most of the wheeling down by the dry river has been closed (salt shed and the like)...but there are some longer trails - more expedition style that we will run out on. This will be during hunting season, although no one is allowed to hunt on our land, so you won't have to worry about uninvited guests (like you would on the national forest)
