Well, from the pics, it doesn't look like the gutter section fits into the gutter and the upper section looks like it would need to be bent to match the curvature of the roof. I'm guessing you're giving us a bit extra metal to work with to match our individual situations?

Just wondering how much it needs to be worked.

And the $$$. :)

Thanks Bob, so very glad someone is doing this for us!!!

Travis, I am going to increase the angle a couple of degrees to match the roof line. Its not supposed to go inside you need to cut out your old gutter and roof section. They are done in 3 sections per side instead of 1 long piece so you can maintain the curve. I always leave extra metal to work with, they are 2 inches taller than roof line so they can be traced and trimmed. I leave plenty extra on the floor-pans also. When you start installing you will notice the rear pans are almost 3 inches longer than stock. The reason the extra material is left is in case someone makes a mistake they always have the extra material. And if you dont make a mistake you can use it elsewhere.

Thanks Bob.

The long fat one is the front driver's side

The long skinny one is the front pass. side

The short fat one is the rear driver's side

And the one I'm missing is the skinny pass. side rear

:whoops: Sorry Bob, I forgot to measure them today. I think Mel is right, we should send you some templates. They have alot of curves in them. Not sure if you want to take that on.

I can send what I have also. Betwwen us, we should come up with a good set.

Thanks Gang, all I would need is 1 good front and one good rear. It doesnt matter which side. The hole purpose of this trim piece is to prevent the gasket from coming off correct?

Thanks Bob.
