FJ62 Under dash harness jumped from P.O.? (1 Viewer)

Can anyone tell me what this plug/ harness is for? Just bought this 62 for my oldest kiddo. Working through some wiring issues. Found this plug with a jumper in it from the P.O. . It looks like it comes out from the harness that feeds the power mirror plug.

After looking into it. Its the toyota wire, cowl 82132-90a15 harness. Still can't find a schematic that tells me what that three pin plug is for that the PO jumpered.

Pretty sure it goes to the dimmer above it in the first picture
