POWER DOOR AND WINDOWS WORK PERFECT, MECHANICAL IS VERY STRONG, NO LEAKS AT ALL... AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN PARKED IN THE GARAGE.
Interior is all original throughout other than bottom of driver's seat which has been reupholstered.

This reads like a for sale ad, if so wrong section and no price.
New account, joined today, only one post? Yeah, it's an ad. A bad one. But the doors open and close like new, so I'll admit I'm tempted.

And the 62 didn't come with 5-speed anyway did it?

Not USA spec. Note the carburetor..... and the Florida location.... entry point for so many SA cruisers (that may or may not be solid).

Venezuelan FJ62 ! 3F engine with carburettor . Very nice !

Just don't understand what these people are gaining by doing this. Are they trying to steal peoples information? Why take all the time to post pictures and a description if clearly this is fake?! Frustrating for real buyers!

This was on eBay for a month or two. Made a reasonable offer and it wasn't accepted. I spoke with the seller over the phone and he sent me some videos of it running and driving.

The seats appear to be reupholstered as they do not match the door panels. It's a neat model and definitely "rare," but the repaint, mismatched interior finishes and minimal description make it a tough sell without physically going to look at it in person.

The chassis does look pretty incredible even if painted. If it was covered in rust the paint wouldn't be that smooth.

Isn't the front bumper on this from a 60? I thought the 62 front bumpers went straight across, no depression in front of the grille.

I'll pass............rusty battery hold-down. :moon:

So FL dealer trying to flip this one.

Step 1: Replace the Chinese tires with some BFGs
Step 2: Remove the door speakers
Step 3: List on Ebay with a 3X price.

Some of these sellers are odd. The vin numbers are the same from the two links but the interiors are quite different. The one that old previously at 16k seems nicer than the one asking 49k
