I need a FJ55 tailgate

Anyone have a good tailgate for a 74' FJ55? Mine seems to be cloning cancer genes. I just dont think she can be saved. I really just need the gate, I have the glass and all the guts, just the outer skin is rotten. I have a bunch of stock 55 parts if someone is interested in trade. Good front and rear stock bench seats, spare tire crossmember w/ winch. Also quite a bit of FJ40 junk too. Let me know what and how much you want, pictures might be nice too. Thanks, Hodag
 
Where are you and how soon do you need it? I have one on a '69 parts pig. I'll see if I can get you a picture of it in the next few weeks.
 
I have a ConFerr, 6" - the big square one. It'll fit anything with rain gutters - very adjustable. It breaks down to ship pretty easily. I paid $300 for it used a year ago. You can have it for $250 + shipping. PM or email me if you're interested.

Only downside to the ConFerr is it's pretty heavy. Very strong, though.

Roof racks are over rated. I'd go with a small trailer if you have the room to store it. Loading/unloading a roof rack gets old after a while. I have a small utility trailer I picked up for $150.00 and can tow it to most any campsite .

Heater valve

I need the heater valve that was mounted on the head of an F engine. This is the type you have to open the hood to turn the heater on. I took mine off, found it rusty, and in cleaning it broke off the handle. If yours has a good handle, it should do. I'm about 30 min east of sacramento california.

WANTED - 1FZ-FE Parts - Head/Block etc

I am building up a 1FZ-FE and need parts... this is a long term project. Need head, block, rods, intakes, etc. I live in the South Houston area and will pick up around that area only. Will pay for shipping if parts are in decent condition.
