Had a buddy notice my trailer lights didn't flash with the signals on, right or left. Voltage is 7.8v at the rear bulb socket both sides but the bulb burns bright. Same voltage before and after changing the 5 to 4 wire adapter. I do have 13v for running and brake light voltage.
Is it possible that the 33 year old flasher relay is dropping voltage? Tried LED trailer lights with no change in function. Grounds are all good as far as I know since everything else in the back of the wiring harness works with proper voltage.
