HJ61 24V voltage gauge not working (2 Viewers)

Hey crew
Factory vault gauge in dash has never worked and I’ve had a look at the back and it looks to be wired up okay? But I have no idea if there is something missing.

Any tips on what I need to be looking for/checking/replacing to get it back on track?

Meter is toast. New ones apparently are still available overseas.
