Also, the rumor was that this is Jessi's rig, but surely Ian wouldn't be ripping on the PO hack-jobs so freely if that was the case, no?

actually, if that "PO hack" is a suble reference to Jessi's friend Dennie, then it IS funny :D

I missed the show, and don't have a "recording device"....next time...lol

Dude, was that really dennies rig?

I've got it on tape. I'm borrowing it to someone tonight but I can mail it out to you when I'm done.

Honestly, I have no clue who's it originally was...I know Jessi used to own one in SD, and they may have drug it down for the show...and I also believe Dennie was notorious for stealing parts off it :D

makes for a good rumor tho ;)

Deaver Springs

Anyone know anything about Deaver springs, other than that they donated a set to Xtreme 4x4?

I was curious about Deaver Springs also. Looked them up on the web but never heard of them. Anyone else ever heard of them?

I wish I could have seen it.:crybaby:

Chicago

I liked what I saw in the short air time they accomplished alot, leading one to believe it is easily doable. However, that was just WAY too many commercials and side subjects. Did any of you see the Detroit Auto Show on this weekend with the new FJC? Not bad coverage in about 10 seconds of air time also...

I like the episode being about a 60 instead of some Heep build up, but i agree with et3surge, there were too many side shows to it and it only seems like it was about the 60 for about 5 min.

The problem is they string it out over weeks and weeks so we can get bombarded with ads. I guess they have to get paid. :grinpimp:

bump for an update....

<hint> what's the final wheelbase on this baby gonna be, Jessi? hehehe

when will it be on again? I missed this past weekend and didnt know what I missed.

per Jessi, they are working on it presently....

she now knows that a stock 60/62 wheelbase is 108" ;)

I wish for once they would show something pertinent like lining up the suspension by yourself with limited tools & help. All these car "reality" shows are like Chilton's manuals, E.g. "remove the engine".

If I knew how to remove the engine I wouldn't buy your goddam book!

The best part was the cut-n-turn, but they glossed over that so fast I don't remember how they ensured the proper angle.

Maybe we could do a home video on how it really goes. Beer & cursing!

they're mainly back on that suburban gorilla project lately. hope to see the 60 back soon.

does x-treme have a site that isnt related to spikes web site? ive looked (not hard) and haven't found much other than show times.
