I agree. Also in favor of adopting the rules and guidelines from the general for sale section into these sub sections. #6 in the rules guideline lines state to leave the price and why. I'm a little leary to post this. Did this once before and lost a friend.! I hope John doesn't take this personally. We have known each for a few years.
