may I ask, what makes this an FJ40 toolbox?
there are no markings on it in your pics
if it was from Toyota, I would think it would have markings or stamped Toyota, or TEQ.

Not all Toyota genuine parts have to has Teq. Mark , This is called service Tool Box unlike the ordinary small tool box with Teq mark , and this is the P/N:09120-00010 , also find the attached picture
