DMV list body as 2DSD (2 doors sedan) and no Model Code... with FJ40 vin number...
Do this will make any issue/problem for the future registration?

The state of Ohio lists mine as a station wagon (SW), I doubt the body type designation will really matter to the person doing your registration.
