Looking for the metal heater pipe section that runs along the block. This will be for a 1980 FJ40 built in 3/80.

Yep, I reproduced that one in SS. They are in stock and can ship Monday.

That part is not discontinued from Toyota. Readily available. 15707-61010

Maybe they're interchangeable, I do not know, but 15707-61010 is the upper oil cooler pipe.
