I have the dimensions of the bracket, and even bent one. However, the metal I bent wasn't thick enough and I don't have a press to deal with thicker steel. I plan to try and weld a stiffener on it, but haven't messed with it yet.Improvising. It works. I even have the PTO LHD pedal for linkage, but the ball for the linkage was sitting too close to the header.

If I wanted the bracket, I'd approximately scale the part by tracing its image in a drafting program, then adjust on the truck, with a rough version that can be bent accordingly.
I skipped the bracket, because the arc that the pedal moves has a significant radius, and having the end moveable allows the very end of the cable sheath to not have to bind the inner cable so much against a fixed position that the bracket creates. I wonder if that is why the second cable in post #14 is so kinked?
