Is this the idle air bleeder?

I think that you are pointing at the air inlet for the idle mixture screw. I think the passage loops around and travels down to the mixture screw via the passage visible to the right of your pointer. Follow the passage down to the mixture screw with a bit of wire to make sure it's clear.

That's exactly what I thought. All passages are clean but idle is too rich so I suspect the idle slow air jet is malfunctioning. In early models the hole I was pointing, included the slow air insert but on my model there is a special mixture jet on the air horn which sits in front of the primary slow jet ....
