Dallas,TX based buyer looking to purchase 1st FJ40. Shooting for a turn-key purchase (daily driver), with opportunity for improvements as budget allows. Like a classic look (not a real fan of lifted/big tires), removable hard top, ambulance doors, minimal rust, mechanically/structurally sound. Budget range of $10K-17K. Not opposed to out of state purchase, as willing to ship, but will need to put eyes on her before money exchange. Any leads or advice appreciated.

Thoughts on this '78? Title shows it was purchased for $4k in March...Seller said he only added paint job. 1978 Toyota FJ Cruiser FJ40
On ebay auto purchases, you want a Seller with over 2 plus years of activity and at least 50 transactions with a rating of 99%-100%. This seller has a 92% rating and 6 auto purchases in last 12 months where buyers claimed that auto purchased did not remotely match the description.
