To keep my sanity, I need to attempt a break-up of the triplets. So I'll try this again, ala carte, you choose what you want to buy. If you want to talk 25's........... PM me, I'm open to ideas. All are 1960's, consecutive VIN #'s........buy 'em all, take the lot to Barret Jackson and make me look like an idiot : Or buy one, get a consecutive numbered FJ25 FREE! Or, just buy one, and I'll deal with the curse of consecutive numbered vehicles. :) Located in CT.

0FJ2520849 Recent frame off resto, turn key, needs nothing, built as a retro-wheeler, PTO winch, black Bestop $9,000 SOLD

0FJ2520848 Parts rig, rolls, original motor, no tranny or 25 running gear, rotted, FREE if you buy one of the bookend FJ25's. NO LONGER FOR SALE

0FJ2520847 Everything works, all the little original bits to do a an easy accurate cosmetic restoration (front bumper, vacuum wiper cores, bumperettes, foglights with brackets and replacement bulbs, hubcaps, single roller fairlead, jump seats, that kind of stuff). PTO winch and tan bestop, Original soft top bows are not included. $8,000 NO LONGER FOR SALE

I'm willing to talk about this stuff, I'd like to find it a good home , just trying to thin the herd, not trying to make a buck or flip rigs, or I'd be asking $20k and letting the BS fly........ ;) PM me or 1960fj25@sbcglobal.net

SOLD

Too good of condition for you?

How about this? 1959 FJ25, original motor and drivetrain, runs and stops well, 1st gear in tranny is bad, frame is rusted, floor has been replaced with sheet metal and plywood, ultra rare FJ25 PTO and a functioning winch! As-is with a good correct model year replacement frame thrown in: $2,000

OR .................. if you don't care about the original FJ25 drivetrain and PTO, I can keep it and knock down the price...........................OR........................if you want to attempt a restoration (not out of the question with this one - has much of the unobtainium on it still) I probably have some fairly decent floors and maybe even a first gear for the tranny in a bucket somewhere (no promises there). In other words, I'm flexible if you talk to me.

OR just use it as is....................I promise it will make you smile when you just jump in and drive a fifty year old Land Cruiser.

So what cause this? Was it my email? Are you open to trades? I'm keeping my FJ45, FJ62, UZJ100 and 1968 FJ40. Everything else is open to trade. That leaves four FJ25s and six FJ40s.

I know what you mean about keeping your sanity. I probably do the same as you, start offering everthing I'm on the fence about keeping. I keep thinking I may do something with them and than never do. Now it's gotten way out of hand:frown:

Good Luck on your semi annual sale:cheers:

Hide the Cruiser porn from the wife .................. and I hear there's cheap financing rates out there now......... :p Old Cruisers for the New Year. :grinpimp:

Also will entertain trades for a 45 pickup..............that's all I ever wanted. :frown:

Say it ain't so Jim,............say it aint' so!!!

Well, I just don't know what to say........ :o I do know the 25 Classifieds haven't seen that much traffic before.

At this point I'm working with a forum member in good faith on #49. Not going to say its sold, but I wouldn't sell it from under him while he's pushing paper and getting his ducks in a row either.

For all those that missed this on Ebay and IH8MUD previously:

And although getting three in a row is "borderline cosmic" , considering that so many of the original 200 or so imported still survive, getting three in a row was just a matter of processing enough parts rigs. :wrench::hillbilly:

I've been lusting after the 25 with the black top through the many times you've put it up for sale. I think that thing is the coolest ride for sale on the internet! If I didn't have to sleep in it when I brought it home, I'd be all over it!

Bump for some classy rides!

Updated the status. Can't say I'm feeling ny sanity return though............ Thanks for all the kind words and inquiries folks, I'll let the new parents post the announcements. :grinpimp:

Just like Mike ... Another 25 joins what is becoming a cruiser fleet. Now all I need is a Cargo ship to get it to Melbourne. I'll keep everyone up to date on how that goes.

Have to say Jim you have been great to deal with through what can only be described as a "process" at my end.

Cheers Dobster
