I have searched around and could not find anything. I might be using the wrong "key" words. Has anyone done this and do you have a write up? I am sure I am not the only one that would like to know.
 
Plenty of cutting and or huge bump stop extensions, thats a good place to start. @Broski has 39s, check out his build thread. Im getting ready to put some 40s on my truck around the end of the year, ill be happy to keep an eye on this thread too.

Please do. I was going to sell the 80 but too many tire kickers.

Project Clifford is a no-lift, low CG with 40's. Impressive, yet a huge amount of work (detailed in the build thread).
Check out the "37" and up" photo thread, which most folks have posted their lift info to get clearance.

There's a ton of ways it can be done. Most, if not all, involve cutting body panels. 37's can be fit without cutting.
As with everything, there are exceptions to everything, just depends on how thick your wallet is and how much work you want to put into it.
