@TTO5 @TeCKis300 @bloc @Taco2Cruiser @gaijin @nwfl4runner I’m happy to report that after 3 months of dealing with a loose front end over bumps due to a Lexus dealer (left driver side tie rod nut left loose) and 2 Indy shops not being able to properly align my 2013 LX570 with 110,000 miles, I decided to take it to the dealer where I purchased it from last year which is about 40 mins from me. They nailed it! I was seriously considering replacing The whole front suspension or selling the truck. Now I’m floored by the difference a good alignment can make to the driving experience! All credit to Ourisman Lexus of Rockville, MD! Only took an hour while I waited on a Saturday afternoon for $122! Truck finally tracks straight with little steering correction and feels solid up front after they re-checked everything up front and properly aligned! Steering wheel is dead center and I was cheesing from ear to ear as I drove home as my LX570 has never felt like this. Amazing how a 7 year old SUV with 110,000 miles can feel brand new with a proper factory alignment! I’ve posted the alignment sheet. Thanks to all for the suggestions on troubleshooting.

Hard to say what the culprit ultimately was but glad you got this sorted. Must be a relief that the vehicle finally performs to expectations.

Wow, that great news and dead cheap for alignment. Indy shops quoting me $240 for my stock lx claiming it’s considered exotic and charges up fees. (Mr. Tire)

updated to my past post.
Background, I updated my wornout stock tires with michillin defender ltx on 20" wheels. Went to a no name tire shop for balancing and mounting since regular chain stores are saying it should be rated for your truck specs.
I also did front brakepads with this shop and they tinkered with the front calipers as the pistons seems to have seized and they hammered them back.

My old tires had a bad wear on front inner thread on both sides but didn't wobble at 100 mph.
After I put my new tires, I noticed an evident wobble at 60 mph and got worst when turning or braking at high speeds. (Braking wobble could be a brake job related).

Took it a a tire alignment store which didn't charge me exotic car price ($240) and they noticed bad alignment on front wheels and came out in alignment.
But when I drove it on highway speeds the wobble is still there at 60+ MPH. Could this be due to my car requiring better alignment? or related to bad brake job? ( unless the caliper is constantly engaging and pushing on my rotors, I still question why is it getting more evident at 60 mph+ ).

Any thoughts on this is appreciated.
The alignment shop mentioned I need new control arm and all struts , I understand they may be in a good to replace zone but I dont notice any bouncy ride at all. It still doesn't explain why the wobble started just after putting new tires and brake if the control arm or shocks are bad for a while.

after sitting at lexus dealer service for 4 hrs, they concluded that two of the tires have a factory "defect" based on the road force balance results. And that explains the cause of vibration even after its rebalanced with proper weight placement. I was suggested to drive it out 5000 miles for it to sometimes fix itself of talk to tirerack and get replacement tires. (They put the two tires on the rear axle). Wondering what are the chances of getting two defective tires which ended up on my front tires by chance....
They also explained that my alignment results from another shop are not perfect as they didn't fix the camber offset. The shop told me it comes like that from factory and they can't do anything about it. The dealership told that dealers have the tools to fix these camber offsets and my steering wheels is also not centered. Moral of story, for alignment - a good dealership has better calibration to set it correctly than a random tireshop.
