Finally got my skinnies!!!

BFG 33x9.50 AT/KO's. I love em! Turned out really nice i think. I'm using the 33x9.50 BFG MT as a spare. Here's some before & after pics.

I measured from the ground to the top of the rocker panel trim.
Before was 17-3/4", After was almost 20".

LOL! I was thinking the same thing when I posted that pic. I was like "I wonder who the1st person to comment on my leaky PS pump will be?"

I like the look. What size were your old tires? Stock suspension right?

Did you notice much difference with the larger tire & your gearing/ power?

I am contemplating going this route with my FJ62.

Thanks for all the comments guys! I can tell a difference in ride as well. Much softer ride, I guess because more rubber for cushion. I was going to put all new shocks on my truck but it can wait now. My last set of tires were 31x10.50's. My steering is a little easier too because of the narrow width tire. All stock suspension but the PO did install airbags on the rear. I've always liked narrower taller tires better than wide ones looks wise. More weight per sq. inch too so probably better traction to a degree. I haven't taken any huge hills yet to see if there's any chugging but I'll let you know. Otherwise, can't tell much difference except my speedo is even more screwed up now.
