The pocket flares I sell are made in Texas, they fit, they come with hardware/EPDM trim gaskets, they can be painted, they will fit 93-97 mud flaps, AND they can be made with flat ends for those not running mud flaps. These are all features not present in the offering from China. Also, the Chinese flares I saw were based on the 92 flares instead of the 93-97 flares which means the Chinese flares are about 1/4" more narrow.

I'd like to get some, I have a 96 80 series. Do you have some that fit with the stock mud flaps?

it's 4/16/2022, has anyone heard if these flares are being remade?
Im doing some work to mine, would rather get these than trying to source some oem if possible.

No, I don't think anyone has heard from him. I stopped waiting and recently got some Kut Snakes from the Florida distributor. I think they arrived a few days after purchase.
