Makes sense.

FYI: Add states has no papers. If they know who is the registered owner it's easy to get registration papers from any Auto plan office. Or... it's hot and you should run not walk away. I've had papers for every car and truck I've ever owned. I never transferred the Registration of vehicles I stripped and scrapped... but I still had the registration and signed paperwork.
