@BlueCruiser84 Came from a Nissan Frontier 01'. I did pull one out of a Tacoma, however it was really deep and would be difficult to seal and install, so I found this one.

Good to know. Luckily my weatherstripping is shot. Built in vents!

Decided to make some protectors for the vents, and think this may also diffuse the sound. Both trucks I pulled it from seem to have something similar.

Josh spent a bunch of time cleaning up the front grill and trim pieces and sprayed with plaster dip.

I got everything finished for the lower side sections. Then realized that after we weld on the skin it will be impossible to prime these, so took the time to paint them now.

Made it out to the garage last night and got the passenger side lower skin tacked on.

Also picked up the bent frame section from the shop. The other side of the frame section is a standard 5 inch tall C channel. These two pieces make up the inner sleeve to help support frame extension. Fits like a glove.

Need Help. Does anyone have the ability to make a graphic large enough for the hood for Yoda? Need both the positive and negative of this graphic so we can mask off for monstaliner. Want to take up much of the hood.

Found this while searching for graphics. Likely end up somewhere on this rig.

Finally started working on the upper section. Decided I wanted more radius and the other threads but I've seen using a 1 inch tube, so cut about a third of circumstance from of a inch and a half thin wall tube then cut relief cuts where I wanted the bend.

Looking AWESOME!

That looks great! The 1" I used isn't even noticeable as a radius until you get up close. 1.5", like you used, or even larger would work better if you wanted an obvious curve on the corner.

Agreed. Mine is waaaay too small... love the larger tube!

Thanks, contacted him. Sounds like he is up for the task.

If you just want something quick for a mock up I have a plotter at work that can do 36" x 24" or 42"x30" on paper

I will keep that in mind. Thanks!

It is been a long week at work, so not much progress. However, came home Friday night to find my son already working out in the garage. Made me extremely proud of him. He is sanding the panels to get ready to prime/Monstaliner. I was able to get some major progress on the upper corners. Starting to look like a truck.

As Joshua referred to this early on, this is the butt side of the cab. Where the license plate lights, wiper motors, etc were mounted made a big bump out on the rear the tailgate that pushed into our truck bed area. So my thought was after I got all the four corners completed to make a hole here, taking out the bump.
