What is the purpose of the fan mounted to the driver's side of the engine bay (directly to the left of the carb) on a FJ60? And how do you operate it? The info is worn off mine.

Godhead said:That would be the carb cooling fan which runs off a heat sensor and, in theory, turns on automatically when the engine gets hot.
