After having done a day trip there I would be comfortable with a Sunday the 9th run if it will allow more of us to get together.

9th works for me. No later though. Deer season (rifle) starts the 15th and I haven't even sited in yet. I guess Washita is open Sundays?

8:30/5:30 7 days a week

I put the winch back on today and test fired. Everything seems to be just fine after the cleaning.

Having a winch and not having it installed on the truck the last 2 ":steer:Expeditions:steer:" is like eating steak with a balloon on your tongue.

Oh wait, that's what it's like to use a condom.

Anyway, the $130 vs. $400-500 min new motor scenario from the "authorized" repair shop in eastern Illinois, is working out. (knock on wood)

You guys are sooooo lucky. I'll be able to make it too on the 9th:cheers:

I'm still taking apart my engine doner car and working on getting my wiring harness built. Haven't finished the hood yet.

Sliders are leaving California on Friday 10/31 will be here on Tuesday. I think Meischa may be piggybacking my order.

Will have them on by the weekend.

I'm sitting hear laughing out loud by myself. Thanks for the link!

Oh dang, that IS funny! But don't count your chickens just yet - the sliders are not here and they are not installed.

But . . . I guess you guilted me into yet another set of sliders (can I say that if none have actually shown up yet?).

I called and emailed Ken with all my phone numbers (and my bank account including PIN and credit card numbers). I expect I'll get a call in the morning.

I told him StlCruiser would be picking up the tab for mine :D

I better put the speakers back in the doors or it will be a quite ride down on the 8th.

I see words but all I hear is blah blah blah.

Anybody taken bets as to whether or not these so called sliders will make an appearance on the 9th?

I'll take that bet, put me down for $1k on the 'not' side of the bet.

Hannah just called and said he was wrong - he has no sliders for the 95-97 trucks in stock.

How in god's name did you ever get all of this stuff on your 80?

CDL switch, hand throttle, OME Springs & Shocks, ARB, Warn M12000, Milford Barrier, Dual Optima Blues, extended breathers, OEM dash cupholder, 285/75/16 BFG AT, Landtank seat rails, Slee AC dryer & T-case skid plates, Slee light & aux harnesses, Slee SS brake lines (frame->axle->caliper), V-1 with remote display, Icom IC-7000, Yaesu 8900R, Cobra 75wstx, Larsen NMO-2/70 & NMO-27, 100-series pads .

It must have taken years.

Mind some Company?

Any idea what time you Guys plan to be there? Missed FN this year, would like to check WORP out. Drove by there Turkey season, but all I could see was the MX course from the road. Any plans to gather up somewhere? Thanks, Al
