while I have been using and like the digital options I was able to recently purchase a full set of brand new oem manuals for my 06. It was not cheap but I figured well worth it. I paid 300 for the 4 books, about 1500 pages or so.

I found the set on eBay. Single manuals are about 80.

98-07 Toyota Land Cruiser, 98-07 Lexus LX470 are both 100 series. Other than all LX 470 have AHC suspension, it is a Land Cruisers with lipstick.

Is this the same manual for the 1998 LX 470? Pretty sure the LX is a 100 series.

I find it amusing that you're "clarifying" that a 1998 Lexus LX470 "is a 100 series" but you appear to want a specific service manual :)

If the online LC 100 series manual isn't good enough, it's fairly easy to find a LX470 hardcopy manual on eBay:

While the online FSM linked above is Land Cruiser specific, everything under the body - frame, drivetrain, suspension (all European Land Cruisers have AHC, so AHC specifics are in that manual too) will be the same. Differences are in the body, panels, switches, etc.
Electric diagrams should match for the majority of things, with differences in stuff like the rear venting windows. Also, no Night Vision schematics there. Sorry :D

Here is a 1994 FZJ80 manual, A442 Tranny Manual and Wiring Manual. All the pages should be there...when I have time I'll try to PDF it into 3 separate files with chapter selection

1994 Toyota Land Cruiser FSM.zip

Hey, @kendrick! Any way to upload another version? The zip link no longer works and trying to find it online to no avail :( That would be huge!

Bump for 5 posts on the Factory Service Manual, FSM, Shop Manual, Repair Manual. It's a great guide that I would have happily payed $$$ for. I highly recommend you print and bind a copy at your place of work.

It may even contain the answer to the ultimate question...........
