F Spark plug socket size? (1 Viewer)

The ones I have dont fit, cant find anything with search and the manual doesnt say. What size socket is used to remove the spark plugs on an F engine?

Thanks! Once I saw that size, I remembered to check my old school, heavy duty socket set that is about 50 years old, literally. It had one in there, we're in business!

Just check your socket when you get a plug out & make sure your outside diameter isn't getting stuck in the head (because the plugs are recessed) I don't know if it was an impact socket or just a thick regular socket, but I was stuck on the side of the road & the socket I used was binding so I thought I got my plugs tight, but they weren't even finger tight...
