I have searched here some for any other build that is similar to mine inside the truck but so far have not found any so........
I travel by car all over the country working on A/V and Automation systems mainly for rich guys in big houses and any Vehicle I use to do so has to fit certain requirements to make it practical for me at all.
I could almost get by using the typical drawer systems that are all over this forum but I also need to carry a Ladder.I could use the rack on top I guess but I don't like the noise, easy target for thieves and repeated banging up there putting a ladder on and off the truck so that leaves me one option basically and that is a ladder inside which is not on the surface of it all that useful or practical?
Enter the Little Giant!
I have several Little Giant Ladders and have always traveled with one too.
I did this in my 80 with a Model 17 which can be a 6' Step or 17' Extension ladder but it looks like the 100 can handle the Model 22 which can be a 7' Step and 22' Extension with ease and this is what I will do.
I have a Fiberglass version of the 22 but it is a lot heavier and Thicker which is the real problem so I will ride with the standard Aluminum 22 in a configuration that I worked out with the 80.
