Probably, his name is Ryan, I emailed him a couple time. I'm looking to see if anyone else has tried his system.

Yea I've spoken to him on the phone when I sold him some parts several years ago. Can't remember his handle on here, but seemed like a nice guy.

I got my used lift from him. He's local to me and a nice guy. He had quite a few 80's he was working on in various stages of builds. His 12" lifted 80 with all custom suspension was there and I took a good look at it. It was extremely well done and a LOT of time and money was put into the design of that suspension. I was impressed with the quality but in no way would I ever want to go that tall. It's more of a show truck then a functional offroad rig. Cool; but not my style. To me it seemed like in order to go that big you are either needing attention or compensating for something;). In Ryan's case it makes sense to go that huge so he can create some attention for his co.

He's on MUD, more power to you!! Go for it!

Look at 'Tim.Korn' 's truck on huge michelins. Sure, he did some custom work (flipping the radius arms) to get the suspension to handle and flex well on the trail, but it's hardly full-blown balls-to-the-wall like the lift pictured/described above. Might be worth checking out his build.

Just my 2 cents.

It might be a long arm kit front and rear but it is still a form of a radius arm set up.
each link is attached to the axle at 2 points just like a radius arm

Unless your using this as an arctic rig, why would you need something so big?? 6 inches is overkill on the Land Cruiser to me, 12 would put alot of stress and wear on the driveline

+1

I feel like you'd need ballasts with a lift that size.

+2

I think you might need a ladder to get in and out of it.

I wonder how often you have to replace the birfs on a rig like that?

6 inches is not overkill, it's just right.

Arctic rigs are usually minimal lift to keep it low and wide. They cut the body and move the rear axle back to fit the large tires they run. In my mind its a much better way to go about fitting large tires.
